Brokerage

Hartford Marina offers a comprehensive brokerage service to vendors and purchasers of GRP and wooden cruisers, canal and wide beam steel craft, houseboats and lodges.  Please call in and speak to our sales staff about your requirements, be it buying or selling, and you can be assured of impartial advice and professional service.

The majority of vessels we offer through our brokerage are berthed at the marina on the sales pontoon, but we do also market boats that are 'lying away'.  Our listings also include numerous houseboats and lodges based at the marina.

You can therefore be confident that when you offer your craft for sale through us, it can be seen by your target audience wherever they are located.  Viewings are normally accompanied, always overseen, and if necessary, by arrangement.

OUR CURRENT BROKERAGE FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS-:

BOATS - 3.99% (MIN. £299)

LODGES AND HOUSEBOATS - 2.5% UP TO £50,000 PLUS 1.5% ON ANY BALANCE OVER £50,000

ALL BROKERAGE FEES INCUR VAT AT THE STANDARD RATE
